About this mod

Cleans up the literal slime, leaves, trash, debris, and gives an option to reset each home/room to completely empty for custom settlement building. Includes Taffington Boathouse DC as it is so close it uses the same vis files.

What does this mod do?
  • Cleans the leaves, trash, room objects and debris that normally cannot be removed.
  • Gives an option for each room/house to allow all objects to be fully removed/cleared.
  • Also merges Taffington Boathouse Deep Clean and Remodel, if you don't have it yet, just use this mod its included.
  • All previs/precombines updated and verified in V1.1

Designed to work with two other cleaning mods that already do a great job:

To remove troublesome furniture each room/house there is a different scrapable objects (images attached on tab):
  • First house to the left, scrap the Kitchen Table to remove the beds and end tables that are normally permanent.
  • Second house on the left, scrap the Dresser on the far back wall to remove the 3 beds, and 2 end tables that are normally permanent.
  • Office, scrap the desk on the left to scrap the flagpole and this is a weird one, make the other desk scrapable -shrug-
  • Shop/Med center, scrap the safe in the back corner to remove the counters, shelves, and IV hanger.

  • PRF (Part of PRP)

  • Raze My Settlement
  • PRP (or any Previs/Precombines package)
  • Covenant Deep Clean with Optional Room Clearing

If you already got the Taffington mod I made, and have it loaded, and do not want to reload an older save and just use this mod, simply use this load order:
  • Unofficial FO4 Patch
  • PRF (Part of PRP)
  • Cheat Terminal
  • Everyone's Best Friend
  • Radio Add on
  • Clean My Settlement
  • Raze My Settlement
  • PRP (or any Previs/Precombines package)
  • Taffington DC
  • Covenant Deep Clean with Optional Room Clearing

A standard disclaimer on any mod that modifies vanilla settlement assets in FO4, due to the way visibility is handled via "Previs/Precombines" weird visuals or flat out not seeing new content can occur even if correct load order is not observed. Unfortunately YMMV, I already had one use post a image clearly showing a building component that was disabled. Best guess maybe another mod previs overwrite. Alternatively if you got a beast of a system you can just run custom content mods w/o the previs and handle the drop in FPS :)

As a final note, some of the leaves outside the settlement but near the entrance of Covenant are baked into the ground and cannot be cleared via the kinds of methods a mod like this uses, apologies!
